I have the 64w laser and followed the instructions to install everything worked great through the t111 command. When it tells you to enter the commands to test the laser in low power I see nothing even at s1000 has anyone experienced this? If I flip the switch that turns the laser on manually in high power it does come on.

Had similar issues with my 44W. Try the program here first:

> **[Setup Laser for Engraving and Cutting](https://docs.masso.com.au/quick-start-guides/laser-engraving-cutting)**

If that doesn’t work, then reach out to JTech.

The tolerances between the Masso and the JTech electronics seem as though they aren’t completely compatible resulting in some weirdness where the output from the Masso won’t trigger the laser. I regularly have to bump the output up to S20 to get the laser to fire, then bring it back to S13 to zero the part.

I figured it out with the help of Jtech it was a connection issue
