[This](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6050167) is a sleeve to enable use of a 65mm spindle or router with an 80mm mount. Two files are included - a short test one (pictured) to confirm the dimensions work for your combination of mount and router/spindle - and the real one. ![PXL_20230528_202325877](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex022/uploads/onefinitycnc/original/3X/9/6/9612759cd6d609db399b12b52dfee8058b78d82e.jpeg) I donโ€™t have a picture of it in an 80 mm mount as I made a mistake when ordering the X-20 (ordered the 65mm version instead of 80mm). ---

Nice share. 65mm spindle with a sleeve in an 80mm mount X-20 is how I run. Works great! ---

how soon can you sendme one the one i bought does not close enought to hold the router Z20 elite 80mm spindle mount 65 mm router for now. i just got my machine and i thought i was all set till this. ---

Note to all: These sleeves will not work for the DeWalt 611. The base is 69mm and it needs to have the the hole offset forwarded so that the top of DW611 dose not hit the Z slider.
