ATC giving me a hard time - Hard Limits and e-Stop Error (Solved, New PCB in ATC fixed)

Today I spent a couple of hours, searching for the reason my Journeyman Elite not working.
It started with an error ‘B Axis Hard Limit’.
I was then checking all the cables, swapping Axis… - no result.
After couple of things I tried, I was ending up with eStop Release Error - no matter if Button pressed or not, that error stayed.
From there I started to measure internal cabling, finding that the eStop error was caused by missing power.
Disconnecting all power plugs from the Masso controller, I finally found out that the newly bought ATC was the root cause.
When plugging it in, Masso detects some currents to high and switches of the power internally - but not saying that the power has been switched off.
So finally I could clearly say that the ATC causes the error.

So - if you find yourself facing some weird errors, unplug the ATC first.

BTW: The ATC is one week old, error has been reported, still waiting for response.

Quick update on my issue with the RapidChange ATC.
After writing with their support, they identified the issue on a broken PCB.
I agreed to obtain a new PCB and fit it in myself.
6 weeks later the part arrived in Germany but I had to pay 160 USD for customs, because the part has not been declared properly.

I’m sure if you contact them they would find a solution about the customs charges if they were in fact incorrect.
