# Ball Screw Wiper Stuck

Hey there,
I had one of the white caps on the ball screw come loose along the x axis. (I think they’re called ball screw wipers). I searched around a bit and people said this is pretty common and they just popped it back on and tightened it. Mine is giving me a bit of a fight and I can’t seem to get it back on. The ball screw wiper moves pretty easily along the x axis, but it just doesn’t go back on. Any advice?

Did you try rotating the ball screw with the power off?

It seems to be misaligned or something?
