Good day
I own the Gen 1 Elite FM. I have a question regarding the ES output on the Masso, which is right beside output 18 on the TTL outputs. As configured by Onefinity, output 18 appears to be for flood control, and goes to the main power supply control box. The flood control button on the Masso will control the output of the vacuum plug on the main power/control box. I have tested this. The ES output has a wire connected to the output, and this wire goes to the main power/control box. So, when an Estop is initiated, what does the ES output on the Masso control? Would I be correct in assuming that the ES Masso output will control relays in the control/power box and, interrupt power to the outlets on the back of the control/power box and shut down anything connected to the ‘Vacuum’ and ’Spindle’ outlets. Is there anything else that is connected to the ES output of the Masso?
I would like use this ES output to control a Masso relay board. The current default configuration from Onefinity does not allow this, as the Masso relay board will show a faulted status. In order to use the Masso relay board, I need to remove the current ES output connection. But this will remove the ability to ’stop’ whatever the Masso ES output is controlling. I would appreciate some clarification on what exactly is controlled by the ES output on the Masso.
