I hope someone can assist me. I am trying to use Aspire version 8 to create embossed letter stamps in steel that I use to stamp into copper material. I am using a 30 degree engraving tool and used a pocket toolpath to cut it out, my issue is that I am still getting flat surfaces on the letters instead of a nice sharp point, the flat surfaces do not create a clear imprint on the copper product.
I am trying doing a pocket toolpath and then a prism toolpath to clean it up but then the cuts into the flat to create a double point lettering. How can I get it to be nice pointed letters, the letters are also quite small with the whole thing measuring 12mm x 3mm with a depth of 0.4mm
