Hey Rich,

I would check stepper motor cabling and the seat of the connectors. Since all connectors on the Onefinity machines are only tin-plated, a small amount of [CRC KONTAKT 60](https://www.kontaktchemie.com/KOC/KOCproductdetailV2.csp?product=KONTAKT%2060) can help, followed by [CRC KONTAKT 61](https://www.kontaktchemie.com/KOC/KOCproductdetailV2.csp?product=KONTAKT%2061) for long-term protection against oxidation. Look also at the crimping inside the connectors as they lack strain relief.

> If a pin is pushed in, you can try grabbing it and pulling it forward with a pair of tweezers. If you cannot reach it this way, you can remove the tube following this video and push it back into place from the back of the connector. If it’s an inner tube wire, follow this video to gain access to the inside wire: [Support : How to Access the inner tube motor wire](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyB5QJ7neVQ)
