I did a 2 hour carve that required 6 bit changes, I probed Z at every change and they all went off without a hitch, except for the last one. When I probed Z I received the error message in photo 1. After numerous tries I ended up changing playing with the safe Z in my program (Carveco) and was able to finish the carve.

I proceeded to to start another carve and when I homed the machine (X50 with Buildbotics) nothing zeroed, it went the numbers in photo 2, it’s never done that before. I unhomed everything, rehomed and the everything was greyed out as in picture 3, but at least they were zeroed, but now every time I hit home it goes back to the numbers in photo 2.

Help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

Each bit should be it’s own file on the bb controller due to this issue.

Thank you for the reply.

Each bit was a separate file.

I don’t think that would cause the homing issue either.
