More information please. Are you talking about Z being off when running a file or when the machine is at rest awaiting for the start operation command?
If this is a photo just after the X,Y,Z position zeroing operation and before the screen’s “complete” acknowledgement it would be normal as Z will rise before returning to the rest/start position.
