# Journeyman X50 Setup

as far as I know, they didn’t say _not recommended_, but _[not supported](https://forum.onefinitycnc.com/t/new-member-new-journeyman-drag-chains-dust-collection-spindle-grounding/8183/6)_.

Here in Germany we use this for 3-phase high-frequency spindles: [LAPP ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC FD 810 CY](https://products.lappgroup.com/online-catalogue/power-and-control-cables/power-chain-applications/various-applications/oelflex-classic-fd-810-cy.html). It has double shield and it is specially designed for use in [Power Chains](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cable_carrier). I use 4 × 1,5 mm² (3+PE) for 2.2 kW.
