Finished my latest project using white oak tree I had to cut down a couple years ago. Milled the slabs with an Alaska sawmill and started resurfacing them with the OneFinity X50 using a Amana Tool 45525 Carbide Tipped bit with the recommended settings at 2mm/pass. White oak is hard!

Created the inlays with Vcarve Pro and cut with 1/8 and 1/6 bits at 9mm deep and filled with tinted epoxy then sanded to high gloss.

Great work Dave, this looks amazing. I love the two tone Epoxy inlay. Yes with bits that small and wood that hard you have to go slow, but the end result was worth the time and effort.
