If you’re having issues with anything from PWNCNC you should probably contact PWNCNC. I’ve used many of their designs and printed them myself without issue. I have a hard time believing that their prints would be worse than ones I’d do myself, so yes the 3D printing is good.

I second what @NewsVan says. Great service from @PwnCNC Daniel. While everything I’ve gotten from pwncnc was what I expected and have needed support, I’ve seen him make it right for many for folks in the forums when they had issues.

I’ve had great luck with the PWNCNC dustboots and could not recommend them more. It’s unfortunate you got the wrong part with your order, but I’m sure he’ll make it right if you just contact PWNCNC support. Mistakes happen.
Doesn’t seem like a mistake worth getting upset about, just contact them and they will probably make it right.
3d printed parts will be just fine for this sort of role so don’t worry about that.
Sounds like a simple fulfillment mistake for which we do apologize for and will make it right by contacting support@pwncnc.com I will investigate the root cause in the morning in an attempt to prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future.

You ordered the v2 not the v3. We sent you the v2 as ordered but with the wrong acrylic part. The correct solution which we offered you is to send you the correct acrylic part. You declined that and instead demanded we exchange it for a v3. This change it from an incorrect part problem to a product exchange. Our policy is clear and up front. If you wish to exchange you need to send the product back to us as outlined in our policy: Policies – PwnCNC
We are a small family run business and not a large enough company to have people manning the phone at all hours of the day and night. We are very responsive to our support email.
It is also unfortunate you have decided to take this course of action along with the support responses you have made in all-caps to our attempts to fix the issue for you.

Based on this thread alone and the transparency of pwncnc it has solidified my support for them and I will likely order soon. Some people can never be pleased or accept their role in a relationship.
