Has anyone considered or attempted removing the non standard T track on the qcw then tapping new holes and mounting standard ones in their place?

I plan on attempting this weekend even knowing I’ll likely have to use the Cnc to mill off the existing rails

I was thinking about screwing standard T-track directly into the QCW T-track.

Haven’t tried it, but I’ll agree that the non-standard T-Track was a bit of an annoying surprise. I ended up designing a mixed/staggered grid of 3/4" dog holes and threaded inserts. The track doesn’t get used much…
