Hi Tom, the other thing I would check is: on what Firmware version the machine is running? If it is anything beyond 1.0.9 and less than 1.2.1, this might be part of the reason, I know these version where buggy and created several weird issues. You might want to update to 1.2.1 (see the thread on this, better than me trying to repeat incorrectly the whole story). If you did update to 1.2.1 Firmware make sure you did the step 11 in the procedure:
