Surge protector keeps tripping

My surge protector trips every time I use my 1/4" end mill to profile anything, it doesn’t trip with any other bits, do I need a specific surge protector,

Check the rated amps on your surge protector - surge protectors and routers don’t always get along well. In fact, I’d recommend taking the router off of surge protection altogether.

The makita router and vac absolutely should be on their own circuit, not on the same outlet as the controller.
