Tech Support at 11 PM ET? AMAZING!

I received my Elite Foreman the other day and I started the assembly process yesterday evening. ll I had to do was assemble the 3 gantries correctly to start with. Well, I didn’t , two Gantries had the drag chains and I installed the wrong one (X) in the Y1 position. Obviously this did not go well when I tried to progress the installation. I sent an email to Technical Support rather late at night (11 PM ET) thinking I was gonna go to bed frustrated wondering how they sent me the wrong equipment. Well, I received a response back within a few minutes and after a few more emails I realized what my mistake was and corrected it. Of course, the technical support person requested I follow the installation manual, as it was obvious i did NOT.So, the installation manual will be my bible going forward. The purpose of this post is to thank Technical Support for their patience and availability to assist with a customer mistake and lowering his self inflicted frustration !!!
