Vcarve pro help!

Any tips on how to clean up these roosters?

Looks like you’re using a VCarve bit. Which one?

You could use a small (1/16) ball nose and then follow with a shallow v-bit cleanup pass to get the beveled edges. The first pass would get you the depth but the cleanup would get you the crisp bevel on the outside edge (I’d not run it on the inner line). Use something like a 0.10" final cleanup pass. That will just shave the outside cut line.
