I just checked my Aspire V12, that post processor loads fine in v12. It maybe your v10. Use a text editor and comment out or delete the lines for that section.

I removed the entire block and it seems to have loaded. I’ll have to test it. Thanks

So I guess this may not be the solution as Im still having issues with my machine. Ive contacted support and they say I need a new PP. However they dont have one available for v10.516. @OnefinityCNC
You can see that I have v 10.516 and its not listed. So I dont know. Ive checked for updates and it says I have the current version. The realtime cnc PP listed at the top is the one I edited out the block which was causing an error shown above. Thats what I need to replace. Although the sample file they sent still is not cutting correctly. Its loosing steps. It just changes the header.
