# VFD Mount choice? (Solved with pictures)

Hi newbie here, in the order page for the new Ultimate Elite, there is a choice for the VFD Mount, ( Wall mount, Desktop Mount or the QCW/Under table Mount).  
What does that mean? is it the mounting brackets that will be included for the different configurations for the VFD placement?  
Would appreciate any clarifications.

Good questions to ask.

My guess is that these kinds of details will be forthcoming in the near future, as Onefinity moves from introductory/promotional materials to those providing more specifics through images, videos, and instructional materials.

Wall mount has cleat to mount to a vertical surface like a wall. Choose this if you want to mount to a vertical surface.

Desktop mount has a pedestal to allow airflow through the bottom of the vfd (where the fan sucks in cool air). Choose this if you are going to set it on a table to floor.

QCW/under table mount has a hanger on the top that will suspend the VFD under a table like our QCW. Choose this if you have a QCW with legs and room for it to hang underneath.

Does the under table mount for the VFD mount to the QCW by design or does it have to be screwed into the underneath of the MDF spoilboard?

Seconding this, I just got my Redline kit and it doesn’t seem like there’s any way to attach the bracket to the QCW hardware, so I guess you’re just meant to screw it into the MDF?
