Part way through a carve my router drops to an unknown position and continues the carve along the X axis.
I revised the tool path to start again where it dropped, and it again started the carve correctly, then dropped again to a random position.
The vertical cuts worked fine for the grid lines, but when it came to the grid line text the vertical carves failed.
