Trying to set wear compensation in a 2D pocket operation, crashes the latest post-processor without errors in the log. **Version 2 (2026-4-19)**

I really wanted to test this as I am getting slightly undersized holes and wanted to adjust for my tool.

Other warnings appear to be benign (although should be fixed to remove as it flags it in Fusion all the time). Ignore the drill operation here for this bug report, this is a known issue. Notice nothing at all about the compensation (G41, G42?)

**Version 2 (2026-4-19)**

**Warning: (RealTimeCNC-RTSX\_V2.cps:442) unreachable code after return statement**

**Warning: In operation ‘Drill1’: The Work Coordinate System (WCS) Offset is set to 0, which defaults to using G54. It is likely that you do not need to change the offset because for most machines, the G54 WCS offset stores the location of the Setup’s origin in relation to the machine’s origin. To change the WCS offset, go to the Post Process tab of the Setup dialog, and enter 1 for G54, 2 for G55, and so on.**

I resorted to editing the tool for now. Will there be a feature to directly enter tool compensation on the HMI screen? That would be very handy. Or if anyone has any advice on how to handle this more elegantly now please let me know.

I do not think tool wear compensation gcodes are available (yet) in the RealTime software, at least they are not listed as options on the website.
