Hey Alexis, are you in [manual mode](https://forum.onefinitycnc.com/t/dont-estop-on-probe-fail/2171/12) or have you created a g-code program for wasteboard surfacing and you’re in [program mode](https://forum.onefinitycnc.com/t/dont-estop-on-probe-fail/2171/12)? If in **manual mode** , did you move the milling motor near to the touch probe with the [corded gamepad](https://www.onefinitycnc.com/product-page/onefinity-wired-joystick) or the [wireless gamepad](https://www.onefinitycnc.com/product-page/onefinity-joystick), or with the [arrow keys on the Jog Tab](https://buildbotics.com/manual-v1-0/#ControlPageJogTab)?
