I’m a retired Electro/Mechanical Designer with over 40 years in various engineering disciplines including computer system configurations, printed circuit process and design, integrated circuit packaging, controller systems design and packaging, UL/CSA listed cabinet design. I am familiar with most manufacturing methods and have been awarded (2) device patents in telecommunication devices while working for several companies including Reltec, Marconi, Honeywell, MCI and Mostek. I am familiar with several CAD applications and am a proficient user of Autodesk Inventor Professional. I currently own 27 acres in East Texas where I harvest my own lumber on a Norwood LM29 sawmill… I also design and build a series of landscape waterwheels which I sell locally. I have been a woodworker since high school and have lots of woodworking tools however, this is my first CNC machine.
