I do quite a bit of fabrication with Aluminum for use on my research vessels. Currently making chips with a mill-drill, bandsaw, and a miter saw. About time to level up and add CNC. I use SendCutSend a bit, but it isn’t cheap, takes days to a week to receive a part, limited to 1/2" aluminum thickness, and can’t countersink 3/8" or 10mm or larger bolts.
