Have I used the wrong coolant?

Hey all I have one of the Chinese GDZ80 2.2kw water cooled spindles.
There was almost no documentation for it so I had to just see what I could find online as far as coolant goes.

I used deionised water and IIRC this antifreeze

That seemed to work fine at the time I first started using the machine.
Due to other things getting in the way I’ve not been able to use the machine at all for a about 5 months and when I went to use it last week I noticed that the coolant wasn’t flowing. I’ve checked the pump which works fine and there are no kinks or blockages in the tubing. I strongly suspect now that the cooling galleries on the spindle are blocked.

I thought I’d used the correct antifreeze but now I’m not so sure…
Any thoughts on what might have happened/what I’ve done wrong?

Slight update,
I pulled the hoses off the pump and used a bicycle track pump attached to one of them to give it a bit heave ho and that appears to have freed it up.
It now seems to work perfectly though I’m thinking of trying to rig up a flow sensor to the Masso so I can be notified if the flow stops.
Still no idea why it’s happened in the first place though.
