Homing is not working properly (solved, not a homing problem but user misunderstanding.)

Ever since I did the update, homing always says under on x under on y and over on the z. I can’t get anything to carve because of it… Any ideas?

While this FAQ was originally wrote for the Non-Elite Machines, the same principal applies to both. I have the same problem. No way to home the X-axis. Just grinding noise. Machine un-usable.
