Joystick not responding in BB controller (solved, loose usb connection)

Joystick was working fine the other day. This morning go to start machine and joystick just flashes blue for about 30 seconds and does not respond.

Any ideas on what might be the cause of this. I changed batteries and checked cable connections.

What controller does your machine use?

bb buildbotics I believe

Do you have the USB dongle plugged in to the bb controller for the joypad? If so, is it blinking red?

Are the two upper blue lights on? If not, cycle it through the modes until they are.

Got it to work. Looks like it was a poor connection at usb. Thank you very much for your help.
