The day has finally come and my ATC for my Buildbotics controller has finally been delivered after almost one year since pre-order.
As if the year-long wait was not enough, there is zero installation instructions on the website, forum, or YouTube channel.
Am I just dumb and looking in the wrong place? If anyone has any information, I would really appreciate it.
The firmware and manual (there will not be a video) are nearly complete. The shipping department accidentally sent a few out before the handful of those that ordered this product got them.
We will post up the beta firmware and manual when they are ready.
We totally get the frustration. We dropped the ball on this one, and are learning and bettering our processes for future product.
