Onefinity will be taking a much-needed holiday break this year. We will be closing Friday December 20th and reopening Monday January 6th, 2025, to celebrate the holidays with our family and friends.

We want to extend a heartfelt “Thank You” for being a part of #teamOnefinity! We are incredibly grateful for you and excited for what 2025 has in store.

Please note, our phone lines will be closed during this period. Our email support will remain open but with limited availability. Our website will still be accepting orders as usual during this time.

One question, does this mean we need to add two weeks to the current lead times shown at the time of our orders from last month?

They updated the lead time page to include estimates by order number. My order on thanksgiving isn’t estimated to ship until February. When I ordered it was 6-8 weeks on the site. Now it is 10-12 which is closer to what mine wil be.

I recieved my machine on the 23rd of december. Well ahead of what i was expecting. Thanks so much and have a great new year!
