Hard maple… Whiteside 1" surfacing bit… Manual control at 100 ipm… 100% stepover… 0.25" depth of cut… 12"x12" board… Most burning was on the climb cut but didn’t change with increasing speed to 150ipm…router started to indicate it was to much toward the end so I let up on it to 75ipm for the last 3 swipes on the left… Made some really nice chips
I better be the first to say here that I don’t recommend this for normal use… It was to see if I could… I know better for normal use… Geesh… Facebook is a scary place to show something fun…
