Welcome to the forum!

Yes it does and it looks like he did a very good job

Lonely enclosure is next up…
The wait is a struggle!

That table does look lonely, but I was more fixated on the dust connection system behind it! Looks super sweet.

Thank you @cyberreefguru! Its just a HF blower with a Super Dust Deputy rig. I ended up porting the (fine dust) exhaust outside into my backyard. I also built that 7-port manifold to reduce the amount of ā€œactiveā€ pipe/hose at any given setting.
BTW, I did check out your vids on YT.:+1:

Lonely but ready for service!

You won’t regret it! If it’s your first CNC, this will be a great time to read through the forums and learn about what people are doing. pick out some software that you want to try to learn and get familiar with it so you can hit the ground running when the machine comes in. It sets up so fast, you’ll be ready to use it within an hour haha!

Thanks for the support and advice. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing. I’v been using the trial version of Carbide Create for several months and recently started experimenting with VCarve Pro. I decided to purchase it with eh 1F. So I’m loading up on projects!

Oh awesome! I haven’t pulled the trigger on the car yet. I’m still working with Easel and Carbide Create for now. VCarve and Carveco seem way more powerful though

Absolutely worth every dime and wait time. I had been looking for a couple years. Once this hit the market it was an instant decision for me.

Definitely more powerful, but the one thing that Its missing for me was rulers. Even as a hobbies, It was very frustrating to not have a ruler on the screen.

Haven’t tried Carveco but really like Vcarve. Lots of tutorial videos on the vectric website & YouTube to help walk you through different processes

Hello all! New to the forum and new OF owner. Just unboxed and finished setting everything up. Was very easy to do. Look forward to posting some projects once I get things going. Some Pics so far. No wasteboard yet. Building that now.

Also new here. The 1F won’t be here until late May so I trying to learn Carveco Maker and VCarve Pro. So far VCarve is easier but that is only the trial version so far. Looking at all the table ideas and so many nice designs that I keep changing my mind on design. Also bought a few cheap bits of ebay to get started (about 8 so far). Just wondering, I have a bunch of Dremel carving bits and was wondering, if I get an 1/8" collet adapter, can those bits be used? Input welcome.
Thanks, Pete
