80mm Spindle with 2" Slab Leveling CNC Bit

I have a question on spindle and heavy duty flycutter.

I am looking at upgrading to an 80mm spindle so I can use a set of 2.5" fly cutters (Amana RC-2255)

Will a 2.2kw spindle (230V) be sufficient for this bit?
