I have the laser en route. I know on my Ortur laser, I added air assist to increase cutting efficiency, and keep smoke off of the lens. Has anyone thought about this or is it even needed?

I’ve been trying to get some form of air assist setup but nothing official. It’s only possible for it to blow across the work versus inline with the laser. Ultimately, when cutting plywood, I’m still having trouble with the laser being consistent and cutting through with or without air.
I did talk to JTech last week and they stated that they’re thinking of redesigning their now discontinued air assist model and doing more tests.
