Found a source for color core (two color) HDPE sheet for exterior signage on Amazon that I have had good luck with. Nice range of colors, thicknesses, and sizes. I bought 1/4" material from them last spring to create labels for raised beds in a community garden. This stuff machines beautifully and should last a very long time. Also CNC’d some washers/bushings from it for exterior gate hinges - they open much smoother now.

Nice, I didn’t realize Amazon had any suppliers for this. I usually get mine from Inventables, they have a decent selection. Just for comparison, I found that buying 1 pc. of 1/4" x 12" x12" on Amazon was slightly cheaper than Inventables due to shipping cost, but buying qty. of 2+ was cheaper at Inventables.
Amazon price is $23.38 for 1 pc. with “free” shipping
Inventables is $9.97 for 1 pc, with shipping for 1 pc. @ $15.63
Adding additional pcs. only slightly increments the shipping cost.
I feel a bingo game coming on
My day job uses dozens of colorcore sheets every month, so I’ve got access to tons of offcuts. Almost all of it is 1/2" and 3/4" black/white/black. The catch is that the typical offcut is a strip from 2" to 3" wide. Let me know if you need some!
Would love to have some cutoffs I’m practicing here.,
Thanks in advance

Similiar to those and maybe cheaper are the ACP panels, thin aluminum on both sides, hdpe? inside
I recently purchased four 1/4 in x 12 in x 12 in sheets of King Colorcore from buyplastic.com. The sheets were $6.62 USD each and shipping was $12. I am not affiliated with this company.
That’s where I started buying mine from. Good selection and prices.

Am I correct that Colorcore (3 layer 2 color) comes for CNC and for Laser?
If correct Laserable material can also be used in CNC but Not Necessarily the reverse., This because you are limited as to what you can cut/engrave (Vaporize) with a laser.
If you can, I would appreciate 1/8 and 3/16 or 1/4
Thank you so much!!!
Colorcore that we use is either 1/2" or 3/4", so that’s all I’ve got. I’ve never lasered HDPE so I can’t tell you how that’s going to work. Machines great, though. We use an O flute upcut bit typically.
Just tried the colorcore for the first time yesterday to make a dog-related street sign and it worked great. The bit was a 1/8" O-flute. To break the edges I used a 45 degree wood bevel bit running at about double the chip load for wood.
Dan, I’ve been a bad friend to you. I let stuff get away from me, but I have finally assembled a small care package for you that should get out the door tomorrow. Sorry for the delay!
@abrteguy Did you get the stuff?
I was just looking up your company!
Look up my laser company http://premierdisplayinc.com
If I can return the favor with acrylic let me know.
I am looking for colorcore 1/8 3/13/1/4… This for house signage
It is more expensive than the acrylic I buy.
Your samples are appreciated.
Is seems waxier (Polypropylene I expect).
I am a boater as well so I see applications for doors etc.
I see products on your wall on your website that seem to use this material.
Do you have cutoffs?
Thanks Again!
