Endmill loud with chatter

hi all. I’m using a 7/32 upcut with makita router. doc is .125, 80ipm and 18000 rpm. I’m cutting slots all the thru 1" walnut. The cutter sounded very loud with some chatter. should I change my speeds and feeds or is that just normal. thanks
