I believe Don has experimented with 0.3 mm in all directions and still had successful loads/unloads.
Because there may be variation in the printed plastic tower and disc, one option would be to align the steel locating pin (in the spindle) with a locating pin hole on the work surface mount. The pin centre will be 40 mm from the centre of pocket #1. You can also use this to check the alignment and travel accuracy of your XY axes, by moving 380mm between locating pin holes on the mount. More work, but might be a worthwhile effort since it is only done once.
