I just ordered my Onefinity Elite Foreman with JTech 64 Watt 3 in 1. I am so excited I can’t hardly stand myself I started setting up my area for the CNC I have a 64"x64" Kreg table with 2x4 stringers running one way on top and the other on bottom. the table top is made of 2x10 boards screwed to the 2x4’s beneath.
Have you picked out any software yet?
VCarve Pro and Lightburn I also have Illustrator, Photoshop and Silhouette Studio
I also just got my order in, on Monday, so I’ve got a ton of time to find something else to fixate on. I figure I’ll get a table built and ready, plus add circuits just for the Masso and VFD. I saw your table post also, I looked at the Kreg and decided to just build it from 4x4 and 2x6. Mass, baby.
I also figure I can be getting more practice designs done in the Vcarve demo. At least they give a demo, kinda sucks that the machine comes with a year of carveco but if I activate it now I only get to cut with it for 9 months. boo.
I feel OK paying for good software which is why I already have Lightburn for my small laser and probably will pony up for vectric once the machine arrives and I can compare it to carveco.
What are you doing to pass the time until delivery day?
I am learning as much as I can I have been watching videos on sketchup and vcarve pro as well as working on my business model
