I was wondering if someone can help me out in why my male part looks like this after I carve it out. I’m using 60 degree V bit and 1/8” clearance tool.

Hi @Terryjames - can you describe what is wrong with it? Aside from no clearing path, the v cutting looks good to me (unless of source it is not supposed to be a star ;)).

Why is it not clearing everything, I first ran a 1/8” clearance tool then the 60 degree v bit .
This is the male part on my inlay I even tried it on hardwood and it still happens?
Also let me say you make great videos on YouTube I watch you all the time.
