Settings for 1/8” deep inlay

What would anyone recommend settings for the male for 1/8” inlay? Thanks

I did a couple practice ones myself. I used a 30 degree V-bit that I bought from IDC Woodcraft and it worked very well. You can best search him out on Youtube using his company name, and then watch (and order his bits) and his technique.

Thanks !! What setting did you use ? How deep for the female ? And what start depth and finish depth ? Do you use? Thanks

You should really watch HIS video, it is confusing if you don’t, but it works very well and he explains WHY it works. Don’t want to mess up his explanation.

P.S. he provides a completed V-Carve desktop / pro file to try, you just have to select your Post Processor.
