Hello, I wanted to request that you make a loyalty code for your repeat customers. I was told to post here by you Customer Service folks.
This would help defray the costs for accessories and high shipping costs that your customers are subject to. Sometimes, it only becomes apparent that you need another part or accessory after receiving and trying to set up the Onefinity CNC. This would alleviate the headache for a lot of your customers who are novice/intermediate level hobbyists. It would signal that Onefinity has our back and it seems like the right thing to do. It could create a lot more repeat buyers through a positive buying experience, which would then be echoed within each customers’ networks for new prospective buyers as well.
