Manual Facing With Joypad

Hello all, I have the X50. Sometimes I need to manually face a part with the joypad. Is there a way to lock the cnc on the x or y path while facing with the joypad? For example, I’m moving left to right on the X axis, I’d like to push a button to lock in that row (direction), so I dont wander off track of the facing move.

If you hold the LB or RB button while jogging with the stick it will limit the travel to either plane one at a time.

another option, that is probably not recommended, is to unplug the corresponding axis you want to be locked.
