Manuals for Gen 2 Elite - adjustments, squareness, tramming, setup, support, etc

I’m seeing Gen 2 Elite shipments are hopefully beginning soon (Feb. 2026). I’m wondering if anyone has seen user manuals, I’m not finding them on the OneFinity website. As a current owner of the Original series, and a prospective customer for the newer series, I’m hoping the newer series will have clear DEFINITIVE instructions in the manual as well as videos for setup, squaring, tramming, etc. I’m finding as I move to more detailed work, like very fine wood inlays, the original series is not yet up to the task and finding clear info for these adjustments involves sifting through endless pages of poorly organized forum opinions. And I really hate to say this but my experience since January 2026 is getting Onefinity on the phone or to reply to an email (especially the support email) has been discouraging. I know they must be VERY busy. I’m hoping for better soon.

Manual and video will be out today/tommorow. It will not cover tramming.

We answer every single technical support email daily (our average is 4 minute response time).

We always answer phones daily and call back any voicemails daily.

Send us a DM with your email address and we’ll get with support to see if they can find an email ticket.

Hi, 2/4/26

I’ve attached the prior email, previously sent 3 times (on 1/4/26, 1/9/26, and 1/13/26 to support@onefinitycnc.com, with no response as of yet). Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. Let me know if for some reason you can’t read it as an attachment, I’m happy to resend it by ‘forwarding’ the original, but to what email address? I don’t need to send it to support@onefinitycnc.com a fourth time.

I called on 2/2/26 on a different matter, and had to leave a voicemail (about a current order), I hadn’t heard back by today 2/4/26 so I called again, I got Becky live and she was very helpful but promised an email back to me today with some answers regarding my order cancelation / refund etc (made on 2/2/26) when she ‘got back to her desk’. Y’all are I think now closed for the day (it’s 5:21 eastern time) and no email has arrived. Hopefully, tomorrow.

I’m not seeing the promised Elite Gen 2 manual on the website (you mentioned below).

I’m looking forward to the setup, squaring, etc info so I can access if the new Elite Gen 2 is usable for me. Why no tramming info? Is that to follow?

I don’t want to be negative, I want y’all to succeeded. I realize you folks must be working like crazy to get the new products launch. I know when I’ve had need to reach out in the past for help or advise the help was always forth coming.

If you click on their name at the top of their post (OnefinityCNC Onefinity CNC Official), it will open a info box that will have a option to send them a message.

In social media parlance, DM is “direct message”.

FWIW, I’m a nerd w/o any social media presence whatsoever, but sometimes, even with the greatest of care you get some of that slop on you, LOL.

Hi Gary,
We’ve checked with support and they have responded to you within minutes of your two emails, then followed up each day for three days checking in but never recieved a reply. It seems like your mail isn’t getting their responses, or going to spam. We can show you what it looks like on our side in a DM.

Check your spam folder and see if their responses are there.

Also, the tech team says the recieved a reply today to their replies, so it seems your email client is working again!

In the future, when you click on someones user name, this pops up, just click “MESSAGE” to send DM’s (Direct Message)

It’s most likely due to the ‘trust’ level of the forum. New users need to unlock trust levels to gain abilites, like messaging.

I’m happy to report that in fact the support teams replies to me were never received due to a spam filter issue at me web mail provider. Thanks for working with me and I feel much better about the team’s responsiveness again
