I recently received my Elite Journeyman with MASSO G3 Touch. I recently purchased a reducing sleeve for a Makita router while awaiting the spindle. After mounting and plugging in, I directed the 1/4 EM to the location of the device.
I enabled auto tool setting. When the bit descends onto the tool setter, it does not trigger a response even though the LED light is illuminated. Needless to say, it doesn’t go well. I noticed that the switch is not triggered in the F1 screen when activated manually.
This is why you always do a manual test before getting the spindle in the loop
