I would love to get a real answer to this question. What are the actual dimensions to the QCW t tracks. Not just how wide they are! and please don’t tell me what fits them. I need the actual dimensions like the following has.
pleas just replace these dimensions with the actual measurements of the qcw t track dimensions. Thank you for your time and effort. I very much appreciate it.
I went to my 1f QCW, which is an elite foreman. Don’t know if that would make a difference if you are looking at a different size. But I used a calibrator to measure the t-tracks, the wasteboard, and the frame, which were kind of in the way, so the measurements weren’t ideal. They may be off a little, but I do think they are pretty close. See the attached photos for the corresponding measurements. Everything was done in millimeters. Hope this helps.

P.S. I did find IF t-tracks to be smaller than other t-tracks I got Rockler t bolts for their system and they were too wide and had to grind the sides down but that did work.
I remade some t nuts according to those dimensions and they were too big still. somehow those dimensions are wrong. could you give me the dimensions in decimals instead of metric? I only need the measurements of what you designated as Y and B I wonder if could it be that onefinity has changed the t track recently?
This is the answer to the problem of clamps on your CNC wood working machine sticking way up above your work surface. Never break another expensive bit accidentally running into a clamp knob or the actual clamp itself. These clamps only rise above the work surface 1/8 of an inch. Yet hold your work securely to the bed of your CNC. Strong and versatile holding, and extremely adjustable, these clamps are affordable and reliable. They come in a set of four. and come with all the hardware you need to use them. The beefy T nuts included, allow a greater range of material thicknesses as well. Setup is fast and easy too. Stronger than wood or 3d printed plastic. Yet aluminum is forgiving if you should somehow manage to run into one. Very unlikely. I have been using these for over two years and have never to managed to hit one yet. message me for details.
