I’m old school on that.
Draw a 1/2" to 1’ (or larger scale if you can) overhead drawing of your shop (just a rectangle if nothing else) on a sheet of paper.
Now draw overhead view squares or rectangles of your tools with the same scale on some poster board or cardboard. Again, nothing fancy, but label each one with what it is.
Cut out your ‘tools’ and place them on the overhead drawing of your shop.
Now you can easily move them around and get your perfect shop layout.
