I thought they meant the Bills logo, I already sent it.
Thanks – appreciate the file and quick response
This is an awesome thread. Some really great ideas and work.
Does anyone have a good recommendation for a source for the base plate?
@Laserlarry I’m actually near Niagara falls area as well.
Shoot me an email if you could, maybe we could work something out.

Hi Bill,
Nice job! Do you mind sharing the dxf file with me as well?
What bolt dia do you recommend for the securing bolts?
Cheers
Alistair
Sorry Bill,
email jerretta@tutanota.com
Cheers
It’salready in this thread, look up @ post #52. It’s named OFBP.dxf (OneFinity Base Plate).
Edit to answer your question: The aluminum extrusion I used is set up for m5 screws, and I think I used m5 x 10mm lg. flat head screws to secure the plate to the extrusion using m5 t-nuts made for the extrusion.
Sorry missed that file. I was wondering why M5.
Much appreciated.
Alistair
No worries Alistair, glad to help. Let me know if you need any additional info.
Wow… slow clap Very impressed and a little jealous.
Thank you. It’s worked pretty well so far. But there is always room for improvement. I got a bag of threaded inserts for odd size pieces that the tracks didn’t work for .
