I updatedthe software to 1.6.3 to try and resolve the homing bug. Well, now I can't get the machine to home for any of the axis. I have tried adjusting the spindle motor setting for all 3 and nothing is working.
Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Check your motor resolution settings. I just had some serious issues and resolved the issue by resetting the settings to default settings. The motor resolution settings were off.
Make sure you go into setting and configure apprentice.
1.6.3 did a large change the apprentice homing and ch aged some of the default homing numbers in the motors. If you already have a pre1.6.3 version installed, you’ll want to reset the configuration to apprentice for these to apply.
