Spindle not getting up to speed?

Recently I’ve noticed my spindle (Redline 110V) no longer gets up to speed by the time that the carve starts. I THINK this has been happening ever since the last Vectric update but I cant know for sure. I use my CNC for lots of things other than the spindle so it maybe been a while.

Does anyone else have to add something like an extra dwell time at the start to let it get up to speed or is there something else I should be troubleshooting?

VCarve Pro 12.5, Aspire 12.5 both using the Onefinity Masso (inch) post processor.

Bigger, heavier bits take longer to spin up. Have you started using bigger bits?

Masso has a setting in the F1 screen that controls how long the machine waits to spin up, and spin down. You can increase it if you need more time.

No larger bits, yesterday was a very small tapered ball nose for a detailed inlay. Ill check out the time delay its possible maybe something changed with one of the Masso software updates.

Looks like doing a Masso update wiped out the spindle spin up delay I had set. It had changed to 2000 instead of the recommended 6000. Thanks, Mike, for pointing me in the right direction.
