I would suggest these patented headsets from Sweden.
Bose QC35. It’s not ‘hearing protection’ per se but the kind of noise from a router and dust collector is exactly the frequencies it’s programmed to counteract. Works well. Shop noise isn’t all that different from jet engine noise, and that’s where the Bose ANP headphones are most useful.
