X skiped on test run, now it's dead on firmware 1.3.1

My first test run on X50 failed when X skipped and got off center. The new machine had 1.0.8 firmware. I uploaded 1.3.1 and X no longer responds. The screw will turn manually. There is a slight sound when trying to use the remote for X. Y runs normally. The machine will not home.

Reset shows completed. X still doesn’t move. Makes a soft noise and tiny screw wiggle.
